Purchased in 2021, Kevo Property Management was engaged to manage the property and its existing tenants. In 2022, renovations began throughout the property. We took over management of the property in 2024 and furnished three units to further optimize revenues.

Original hardwood floors, large windows, and open-concept layouts bring warmth and natural light into the space. Upgrades to the space included granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and high-efficiency washers and dryers in each unit.
Additionally, LED lighting throughout, a tankless hot water system, and high-speed fiber internet availability were added.
