These fully renovated units are in a great location right off the Route 66 corridor, near Mother Road Market, and across from the University of Tulsa.

Built in the 1960s, this property includes 20 units.

The recent renovations to brighten and modernize the spaces included redesigned and open kitchens; new granite countertops; new appliances, fixtures and hardware throughout; LED lighting; new large format shower tile; updated durable floors; interior and exterior paint; and extensive landscaping, including the addition of a beautiful brick courtyard and outdoor entertainment area.

HVAC system and full-size, in-unit washers/dryers are highly efficient, large water heaters were installed to provide endless hot water.

This exciting renovation added aspects of luxury and comfort throughout the property. With thoughtful design, significant amenity upgrades and quality material selections, we sought to create distinguished living around a focal space for gathering and community – the atrium.

The name “The Atrium” focuses on the central point of the property – the courtyard, which was enclosed with a large brick fireplace and cedar fencing to create a sense of retreat. Plant selections in this space further lend to this intent. The earliest atriums were built in Ancient Rome and featured a hearth or fire to warmly welcome guests into the home. We hope our take on the atrium and ultimately the bright, open spaces we’ve created in each unit offer the same warmth and welcome for our tenants.
